The purity of trial-produced trimethylgallium products is more than 6.5N (99.9995%). The product quality has reached the advanced level of similar products in the world after testing and identification by the national authority. The smooth implementation of the MO source project will make our province the second province with complete LED industrial chain in China after Jiangsu Province, and make Nanchang the first provincial capital city with complete LED industrial chain in China.
