Synthetic resin: xylenol formaldehyde resin curing agent; Phenolic resin softener for shell molding; Vinyl chloride softener; Vinyl acetate polymer plasticizer; Polyester resin flame retardant. 5. Triethyl phosphate (flame retardant TEP) is a high boiling point solvent, a plasticizer for rubber and plastics, and also used as a raw material for the preparation of pesticides, ethylation reagents and the production of vinyl ketone.
When transporting triethyl phosphate, the transport vehicles shall be equipped with corresponding types and quantities of fire fighting equipment and leakage emergency treatment equipment. It is better to transport in the morning and evening in summer. The transport vehicles should be equipped with grounding chains during transportation. Holes and baffles can be set in the grooves to reduce static electricity generated by vibration. Do not mix with oxidants, alkalis and edible chemicals. During transportation, avoid sunshine, rain and high temperature, and stay away from kindling, heat source and high temperature area during stopover. The exhaust pipe of the vehicle carrying goods must be equipped with flame retardant devices. It is forbidden to use mechanical equipment and tools that are easy to generate sparks for loading and unloading. Road transportation should follow the prescribed route, and do not stay in residential areas and densely populated areas. During railway transportation, it is forbidden to slide the car, and it is forbidden to transport in bulk with wooden boats and cement boats.
