The company has successively completed R&D and mass production in the field of MO source (trimethylgallium, triethylgallium, trimethylindium, trimethylaluminum), the field of electronic grade iodomethane and hydroiodic acid, the field of high-tech synthetic acid (isononanoic acid, valeric acid, n-heptane acid, etc.), and the field of polyol ester refrigerator oil (R134a, R404, R407, R410, R507 and R32), so as to replace the import and break the foreign monopoly.
MO source production line scale: 40 tons of trimethyl gallium, 6 tons of triethyl gallium, 6 tons of trimethyl indium and 10 tons of trimethyl aluminum. Since 2015, it has become the most important supplier of MO sources in the global LED epitaxy and semiconductor industry.
Scale of production line of electronic grade iodomethane and hydroiodic acid: annual output of 300 tons of electronic grade iodomethane and 1000 tons of electronic grade hydroiodic acid. Since 2017, it has completed large-scale sales in the field of electronic iodomethane and hydroiodic acid, and has successfully doubled its sales for three consecutive years, becoming one of the company's main revenue.
High-tech synthetic acid field and scale of polyol ester refrigerator oil production line: one set of isononanoic acid unit, one set of 6000t/a pentanoic acid unit, one set of 30000t/a heptanoic acid unit, and one set of 30000t/a polyol ester refrigerator oil. Since 2019, it has officially successfully developed the market of high-tech synthetic acid and polyol ester refrigerant oil, and reached a long-term cooperation agreement with customers. In the next three years, it will become the mainstay of the company's product line.
