Jiangxi Jiayin Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiayin ) was established in June 2011, located at Hero Avenue, Baishuihu Industrial Park, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Nanchang, with a registered capital of RMB 80 million.

Jiayin has established a high-level new product R&D team and enterprise operation team, Jiayin mainly engage the research, develop and produce of semiconductor special chemicals (such as MO source , iodomethane, hydroiodic acid etc.) , synthetic acids and Refrigeration oil.

Jiayin has the capable of producing annually 40 tons of trimethyl gallium, 6 tons of triethyl gallium, 6 tons of trimethyl indium, and 10 tons of trimethyl aluminum. Since 2015, Jiayin has became one of the most important Mo-source suppliers in the global LED epitaxy and semiconductor industries.

Jiayin also have the capable of producing 300 tons of electronic grade methyl iodide and 1,000 tons of electronic grade hydroiodic acid annually. Since 2017, the iodides had successfully doubled sales for three consecutive years which becomes one of the company's main revenues.

Since 2019, Jiayin established High-tech synthetic acid field and polyol ester refrigerator oil plants. For now Jiayin has a set of sononanoic acid plant, a set of 6000t/a valeric acid plant, a set of 3000t/a heptanoic acid plant, and a set of 30,000t/a polyol ester refrigeration oil.
